Sokichi is a swordsmith from Matsuyama, Iyo Province, who shook the hammer from Keio to the first year of the Meiji era, but due to the influence of the times such as the abolition of swords, there are very few existing works.
This sword is well-kneaded and clogged with small-grained skin, has a slightly raised skin, and has a straight blade with a bright scent and a pair of eyes, and burns dark gold streaks. The extended hat and the moderately warped figure make you feel grace in the sharpness.
On November 27th, 7th year of Kaei, the era name changed to Ansei, and this sword whose 7th year of Ansei was cut is a very valuable sword.
The white sheath has been renewed with top polishing. Please enjoy the refreshing sword that has just been sharpened.
Nude weight 700 grams.
