Amami Onsen Nanten-en Ryokan

A Japanese inn on the banks of a stream, surrounded by forested mountains. The main timber building, which is a registered tangible cultural property, was built in sukiya style by Tatsuno Kingo, a famous architect of the Meiji era who designed Tokyo Station. The inn features a natural radium hot spring available for bathing at any time of day, and signature Japanese meals using the best of seasonal ingredients.
