Kinoe Kyoto

Kyoto Ryokan Kinoe is a traditional Japanese-style ryokan where guests can experience a delightful atmosphere and presence of Japanese culture. The “Kinoe” can be located in Higashiyama, Kyoto.

The Kinoe has tatami floors and comfortable futon beds, which are elements that enhance the feel of a ryokan. Each room is also equipped with a refrigerator, a satellite flat-screen TV, and complimentary fresh tea to ensure the traveler’s relaxation.


A stay at the inn costs 15,000 to 50,000 JPY per night. The inn also features its famous public hot spring bath to top the experience.
Japanese cuisine is prepared by basing its dishes on the beauty of the seasons. The ingredients for the course are carefully selected by the head chef. Music and dance performances by a geisha or maiko are also provided with a separate fee.
Kyoto Ryokan Kinoe is close to tourist attractions, such as Yasaka Shrine, Kodai-ji Temple.

The location is accessible by public transit from Gion Shijo Station. Due to COVID-19, guests must book under the guidelines implemented by the Government of Japan.
