Seryo Ryokan

Seryo Ryokan is a modern Japanese inn, located in Ohara, Sakyo Ward in Kyoto.

The inn is in close range with historical sites in the area such as: Sanzan-in Temple, Hosen-in Temple, and many more. The area has been described as a place where time is slower than the bustling city of Kyoto, and seems to be frozen in the temples.

The ryokan offers nine rooms, ranging from 45,000 to 70,000 JPY, with varying styles inspired by Japanese and Western elements. Some of which come with their own open-air baths. All the rooms offer serene views of the property’s garden, letting the guests enjoy the richness of nature with the view of the landscapes in the distance.
Guests are invited to enjoy a calm and healing soak in the open-air baths and indoor baths, supplied with natural hot spring water that springs up in Ohara, the outdoor options situated in the serenity of a Japanese Garden.
Seryo Ryokan can be accessed from Kyoto Station by taking the Kyoto bus bound for Ohara.

The inn is operating normally with safety measures in place and limited acceptance to prevent the spread of infection.
