Tokiwa Hotel is a hotel located in a city of Japan called Kofu, also known as the largest city of Yamanashi Prefecture.

The area is known for the Takeda Shrine and the Kofu Castle, which is now in ruins. With a long history in service, dating back to an early generation belonging to the line of the Imperial family to both notable foreign and local figures, the hotel is a sure quality accommodation that guests will enjoy.

The designs of its rooms are based on Japanese and Western styles, while others feature the combination of both. Its cottages are designed based on traditional themes but with added distinct features, especially with the baths. The hotel has a total of 50 rooms, which cost between 20,000 to 50,000 JPY per night.
The hotel serves its guests the evening meal, the traditional multi-course dinner known as kaiseki. Its dishes are based on seasonal specialties. Tokiwa provides its guests with a refreshing view of the traditional Japanese garden, which can be seen from rooms, baths, and areas like the lobby.
The open-air bath is placed right in the garden, where guests can have a relaxing moment while viewing the scenery that surrounds the location. The magnificent view of Mount Fuji can also be seen from Tokiwa.
The hotel is accessible by bus from Kofu Station. Tokiwa Hotel has currently implemented sanitation in its guest rooms and public areas.

The number of people allowed has also been limited in their public baths. Guests are also encouraged to practice social distancing, hand washing, and the wearing of masks.
