When does the tour start and end?
The tour begins when your driver picks you up and ends at drop-off. If your hotel is outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, the time is calculated from the driver’s departure from and return to Tokyo.

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.

Is lunch included?
No. Lunch is at your own expense. The guide will help you choose from nearby options.

What’s included in the tour price?
The tour includes transportation, driver-guide, tolls, fuel, parking, and tax. Meals and admission tickets are not included.

Can we extend the tour?
Yes. Extension is available for ¥3,500 per 30 minutes.

Is there a refund if we return early?
No refunds are given unless the tour is shortened due to weather, illness, or emergency.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
