When you arrive at the cafe, you’ll walk through the mouth of Mr. Ten-Thousand-Chopsticks (a.k.a. Choppy) where you’ll find a giant cake called Sweets Go Round!
There are four fun areas that you can choose to stay in or explore later:
- Mushroom Disco
- Milk Stand
- Bar Experiment
- Mel-Tea Room
Wherever you choose to stay, you’ll be surrounded by the stunning art by Sebastian Masuda and food items that will make you want to eat them before they eat you!
You’ll also be served by the iconic and unforgettable Monster Girls in their colorful outfits and outrageous costumes.
How far is Harajuku from Tokyo Station?
About 6.3 km. You can take a car or taxi for 15 minutes, or the Chiyoda line for 23 minutes from Tokyo Station.
What time does Kawaii Monster Cafe open?
The cafe is open for lunch (11:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM – 10:30 PM)service only on Mondays to Saturdays. Sundays and holiday hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
What are point cards?
Every time you visit the cafe, you will get collectible stamps that will give you different privileges.
