About 6.3 km. You can take a car or taxi for 15 minutes, or the Chiyoda line for 23 minutes from Tokyo Station.
The cafe is open for lunch (11:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM - 10:30 PM)service only on Mondays to Saturdays. Sundays and holiday hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Every time you visit the cafe, you will get collectible stamps that will give you different privileges.
