If you've booked a kimono or tea ceremony experience, you're welcome to wear your outfit during the shoot. Please return it by 6:00 PM.

 Please note:  Professional photography is not permitted during the tea ceremony or inside the machiya (traditional townhouse) venue.

 No kimono? No problem.

This is a full-length, private photography session — not a rushed shoot or sightseeing tour.
You’ll have the freedom to choose the locations that matter to you, from scenic temples to quiet backstreets, vibrant riverbanks, or lush parks.

📍 Recommended Locations 

Kyoto is full of scenic locations, but some are quite far apart.To keep the session smooth and relaxed, we recommend selecting two spots that are close to each other.
Here are a few suggested combinations that work well within the 3-hour timeframe:

• Gion and Yasaka Shrine

• Kiyomizu Temple and Sannenzaka

• Philosopher’s Path and Nanzen-ji

• Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kamogawa River

If you have other ideas in mind, feel free to list your preferred locations in the “Any notes for us?” section when booking.

Q: Is this a guided tour?
No. This is a photography session, not a sightseeing tour. You choose your own locations. If unsure, we’re happy to suggest options.

Q: Can we visit more than one location?
Yes! You’ll have up to 3 hours, which allows enough time to shoot in 2–3 places depending on distance and pace.

Q: What should we wear?
Anything you like! Kimono, formalwear, or casual clothing — just make sure you’re comfortable for walking.

Q: Can we get printed photos?
No. This service includes digital data only. Your photos will be delivered via download link within 7 days.

Q: Can we reschedule or cancel?
Yes.

・100% cancellation fee if canceled 1 day before or on the day of
