This add-on is available for private kimono tea ceremony bookings at our Kyoto and Tokyo venues.
Available locations include:
Kyoto: Gion, Nishiki, Karasuma
Tokyo: Asakusa, Shinjuku
Please note that the atmosphere and photo spots vary by venue.
Some venues feature traditional architectural elements, while others offer different indoor or nearby photo opportunities. Not all venues have a garden.

You and your companions will be the only guests during the session, allowing you to enjoy a calm and personal cultural experience.

Choose from our selection of kimono and enjoy the experience dressed in traditional Japanese attire.
・Professional Photo Coverage
A professional photographer will capture natural and memorable moments during your tea ceremony and, depending on the venue, at available photo spots before or after the session.
・Edited Digital Photos
You will receive up to 50 edited high-resolution digital photos. Photo selection is made by the photographer, and guests cannot choose individual images.
・This add-on is only available for guests who book a Private Kimono Tea Ceremony.
・Children under 7 years old are not permitted in the tea ceremony room.
・The photography session is included as part of the overall experience time.
・The photography portion will not exceed 1 hour.
・Photo locations and backgrounds vary depending on the venue. Not all venues have a garden.
・Photos will be delivered by digital download to the same email address used when making the reservation.
・Photos are delivered within 7 days after the experience.
・Guests cannot select which photos to receive. The photographer will choose and edit up to 50 images.
・No printed photos are included.
・If you arrive late, the kimono dressing time and/or photography time may be shortened.
