Delays over 10 minutes: An additional waiting fee will apply.
Delays over 20 minutes (without notice): Your reservation will be automatically canceled.
*If you notify us of your late arrival: We will keep your reservation, but an additional fee will still apply.
Late Fee Rate: JPY 3,000 per vehicle for every 10 minutes of waiting time.
Payment: Please pay the additional fee directly to our staff on site.
