Cancellation Policy

Required information for cancellation or amendment requests:

① Booking number

② Name used for the booking

③ Email address used for the booking

④ Date and time of the experience

⑤ Number of participants

Please note that the official cancellation or amendment request time will be recorded as the time when we receive all of the required information listed above by email, based on Japan Standard Time (JST). If any required information is missing, the request may not be treated as an official cancellation or amendment request until the missing information has been provided.

Important Notice:

• Our customer support hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST).
• Cancellation or amendment requests received after 6:00 PM JST will be handled on the next business day.
• Please carefully check the date, time, location, and details of your reservation before completing your booking.
• No-shows due to an incorrect reservation date, time, or location are also subject to our cancellation policy.
• Requests made via the booking comment section or social media will not be treated as official cancellations.

キャンセルポリシー

正式なキャンセル・変更依頼の受付時刻は、下記の必要情報がすべてメールにて確認できた時点の時刻を、日本時間（JST）基準で記録いたします。必要情報に不足がある場合、不足情報をご提出いただくまで、正式なキャンセル・変更依頼として扱われない場合がございます。

• キャンセル・変更をご希望の場合は、以下の情報をご記載のうえ、 cs@maikoya.com までメールにてご連絡ください。 お電話でのキャンセル・変更は承っておりません。
• ご連絡の際は、以下の情報を必ずご記載ください。
  ① 予約番号
  ② 予約時のお名前
  ③ 予約時のメールアドレス
  ④ 体験日時
  ⑤ 参加人数
• カスタマーサポートの営業時間は、日本時間の9:00〜18:00です。 18:00以降にいただいたキャンセル・変更のご依頼は、翌営業日の対応となります。
• キャンセル・変更のご依頼は、すべて日本時間を基準に判断いたします。
• ご予約完了前に、予約日時・場所・内容を十分にご確認ください。 日付・時間・場所のお間違いによる無断不参加の場合も、キャンセルポリシーの対象となります。
• 予約コメント欄やSNSでのご連絡は、正式なキャンセル・変更依頼として扱われません。
• キャンセル期限を過ぎてからのご予約は、その時点で返金不可となります。
