Cancellation Policy

• You can notify us via email for your cancellation and amendment request. (Not accepted by phone)
• Cancellation is very easy: Please reply to the order confirmation email with the subject line “Cancel”, or send a cancellation request to cs@maikoya.com
  Requests made via the booking comment section or social media will not be treated as official cancellations.
• Please kindly note that all requests must be made based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
• Reservations made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

• キャンセル・変更はメールにてご連絡ください。（お電話では承っておりません）
• キャンセルされたい場合は、受注完了Eメールに返信で、ご連絡ください。件名を"キャンセル"としてください。
• キャンセルや変更のご依頼は日本時間基準でお知らせください。
• キャンセル期間を過ぎてから予約された場合は、その時点で返金不可となります。
