This is an English-language group tour. Interpretation during the tour is not permitted; book a private session if you need interpretation.
Before you book
Plan for approximately 60 minutes, including the guided museum tour, ninja star throwing, and soft armor try-on and photos with staff on hand to help. The total duration may vary from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the season and how busy the museum is.
Walk-in guests are welcome, but advance booking is recommended, especially during busy periods. Select an available date and time in the booking calendar above.
Your ticket includes an English-guided museum tour, ninja star (shuriken) throwing, and samurai soft armor try-on with time for your own photos and staff on hand to help. All three activities are included, with no additional activity fees.
Children aged 3–12 qualify for the child rate. Children under 3 enter free. Hands-on Basic Ticket activities are for ages 3 and up.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time. Bring your digital ticket or confirmation email for check-in. The soft armor and activity equipment are provided.
Armor try-on and photo time are flexible rather than a guided dressing session. You can enjoy them at your own pace, and our staff are happy to help with your armor and photos. Please bring your own camera or phone.
Large luggage cannot be stored at the venue. Please use a nearby coin locker before visiting.
Yes. Enjoy taking your own photos in the soft armor. Please respect other guests’ privacy and follow staff instructions. Avoid including other guests in your shots, and do not capture guides’ or guests’ voices in videos. Live streaming is not permitted.
This group tour is conducted in English. Interpretation into other languages during the tour is not permitted so that everyone can hear the guide. If you need interpretation, please book a private session.
Please contact the venue as soon as possible. Staff will try to accommodate you, but part of your experience may be shortened or admission may not be possible.
You may bring covered drinks, such as bottled water. Eating and drinking are not permitted in exhibition rooms, and alcohol is prohibited throughout the venue.
