Required information

Please include all five items below in your email.

• ② Name used for the booking
• ③ Email address used for the booking
• ④ Date and time of the experience
• ⑤ Number of participants

The official request time is the time when all five required items have been received by email, based on Japan Standard Time (JST). An incomplete message does not secure the cancellation deadline; the request becomes official only when the missing information is received.

Cancellation deadlines & fees

Important notice

• Our customer support hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST). A request received after 6:00 PM JST may be processed on the next business day. However, refund eligibility is based on the official request time described above, not the time of our reply.
• Please carefully check the date, time, location, and details of your reservation before completing your booking.
• No-shows due to an incorrect reservation date, time, or location are also subject to this cancellation policy.
• For experiences subject to the 5% refund handling fee, the fee also applies when you cancel and rebook by yourself (e.g. to change the date or number of participants). Making a new booking does not exempt the original booking from the 5% fee.
• Requests made via the booking comment section or social media will not be treated as official cancellations.
• Bookings made after the applicable cancellation deadline has already passed are non-refundable from the moment of booking (0% refund). This includes a Geisha-related experience booked less than 14 full days before its start time.

正式な受付時刻は、上記の必要な5項目がすべて揃ったメールを当社が受信した時刻です（日本時間基準）。情報が不足したメールを送った時点では締切は確保されません。不足情報を当社が受信し、5項目が揃った時点で正式な依頼となります。

キャンセル期限と手数料

ご注意事項

• カスタマーサポートの営業時間は日本時間の9:00〜18:00です。18:00以降に受信したご依頼は翌営業日の対応となる場合があります。ただし、返金可否は当社の返信時刻ではなく、上記の「正式な受付時刻」により判定します。
• キャンセル・変更のご依頼は、すべて日本時間を基準に判断いたします。
• ご予約完了前に、予約日時・場所・内容を十分にご確認ください。日付・時間・場所のお間違いによる無断不参加も、本ポリシーの対象となります。
• 早期キャンセルとして95%返金の対象となる体験では、お客様ご自身で予約を取り直した場合も、元の予約の返金には5%の返金手数料が適用されます。締切後に予約を取り直した場合、元の予約は返金0%です。取り直しを理由とした免除はいたしかねます。
• 予約コメント欄やSNSでのご連絡は、正式なキャンセル・変更依頼として扱われません。
• キャンセル期限を過ぎてから成立したご予約は、予約成立時点から返金不可（返金0%）です。舞妓・芸妓関連体験を開始14日未満で予約した場合もこれに含まれます。
