Good place to relax
This is a good place to relax. The onsen experience is good. The food is good. The room is good, note there is no bed only mattress. The service is good. Only thing not good is the location, no other eateries nearby, no shopping centre nearby.

Poor value
Paid Y54000/nite for 4pax with in room ocean facing outdoor bath. Didn’t realise meals were buffet - I tot Omakase was standard for ryokans of that price range. Buffet was average with snow crabs as highlight... but menu was exactly the same both nights/morning. Rooms were clean (they could not provide me nonsmoking rooms- apparently all rooms are smoking: but our room was odourless which was nice) Outdoor bath facing the sea was the best thing for us- but I think you could get better value elsewhere. Ps: the duty free shop in hotel is actually pretty good

Awesome hotel with unlimited seafood dinner buffet.
Awesome stay. Best part is unlimited snow crab buffet dinner. Less than 10mins from the airport. Don't forget to visit the Botanic Garden to see the onsen monkeys which is walking distance away from the hotel. Recommanded!

Good food and service
Been there for a few nights, had a good experience. The staff was helpful and spoke English, the room was OK, but needed some maintenance, a balcony with a hot spring bath was a nice touch. The highlight of the hotel for us was the food - wide and tasty selection of local specialities.

Same hotel group with Noboribetsu. Amazing food. Avoid peak session
Under the same hotel group. So the food is amazingly wonderous delicious. You can taste the true Japanese Cuisine and some food tailored to suit outsider tastebud (grilled and fried food). During the holidays session, Japanese would flock these 2 ryokan for a retreat.
