Monjuso Shourotei
Established in 1954, Monjuso Shourotei is a traditional Japanese inn that features beautiful hot spring baths. Its rooms are based on classic Japanese-style, complete in tatami mat flooring, futon bedding, and additional touches of traditional elements.
It has a total of 11 rooms which cost between 15,000 to 30,000 JPY per night, including an incredible display of nature, either their landscaped garden or the forest that surrounds the location, depending on where the room is situated.
The ryokan offers the traditional multi-course dinner known as kaiseki, which prides its dishes on locally produced ingredients. Both breakfast and dinner are served in the rooms of the guests. For relaxation, guests can request massage treatments.Sites like the Chion-Ji Temple and the Amanohashidate Land Bridge can be visited by guests during their stay at the inn. Monjuso Shourotei offers a free shuttle from the Amanohashidate Train Station. Due to COVID-19, guests must book under the guidelines implemented by the Government of Japan.
