Excellent service and food
The travel purpose is let my mother to experience tranditional hotel service. The service is excellent and I have order crab meal that also delicious and wonderful. I recommend live there again and enjoy seafood.

Best Hot Spring Hotel
The room was big, clean and elegant. We could walk from our room to the little garden outside, just by the river side. The view was excellent! The dinner and breakfast were expectionally good! Hot spring was clean and nice. Only thing to criticize was they don't switch the Male and female hot springs. Service was very nice too. We made our shoes very dirty on the rainy day. But when we wore them the next day, they were cleaned by the staff. One of the most recommended hot spring hotel in Japan! Thanks so much for the lovely memories!

Great experience at Monjuso
This is the best hotel I ever stayed many hot spring hotels in Japan. Not only facilities were maintained very well but also all stewards were so attentive that I felt like stay at home. Relax, warm, and thoughtful are my recommendation when you visit Monjuso.

Enjoyable stay in Monjuso
Room is tidy and clean. Meals are extraordinary delicious. The crew is so nice and sincere to explain and introduce you everything you need to know. I will say, you will enjoy every minute in there. It would be my only choice when I go there again.

There're hospitable staff, delicious meal, nice equipment. Our room has the lake view. The location is great. Only 5 minute to popular scenic spots. Hotel can accept parking after check out. It's a lovely experience.
