Do I need to book in advance?

We accept walk-in guests, but we highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your spot and avoid crowds.

What do I need to bring for my family ninja experience?

If you have a reservation, please have your booking reference ready so we can check you in smoothly. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that are easy to move in, as this experience includes physical activity. Costumes and props will be provided.

Can girls participate in the ninja experience?

Yes. Our ninja costumes are unisex and available in a variety of sizes for both children and adults.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

You may bring covered drinks, such as bottled water or beverages in a thermos or reusable bottle, into the building. However, please do not consume any food or drinks, including water, in the exhibition rooms. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited throughout the facility. This rule helps ensure the safety of both our guests and our exhibits.

Do you have a souvenir shop?

Yes. You can buy souvenirs and other items from our shop to remember your trip to Japan and your experience with us.
