Sakuya Konohana Kan

Sakuya Konohana Kan is located on the east side of Osaka. It was established recently in 1990 and has wonderful plant exhibitions. It features all kinds of plants from all over the world. Going to this garden allows you to see plants from the tropical regions to polar regions in downtown Osaka.

This garden was established for the International Garden and Greenery. Exposition, which was held in Osaka in 1990. This garden is one of the largest plant conservatories in Japan and one of the few conservatories in the world that maintains geographical conditions and climates of the plants it grows.


It is open from 10 am to 5 pm daily, except it is closed on Mondays. It is also closed from December 28th to January 4th and any day following a Monday that has a holiday. It takes around 30 minutes from Osaka station by train to this Garden.
